So I had spent countless hours on the yd100 and went back to my original 80cc as it was put together. Here's a few photos and parts list.
Mz65 clone
Ktm 50 carby
Reed valve
Windowed piston
High comp head
36 tooth sprocket
3l fuel tank
New kenda tyres
Ported cylinder
Newer style/upgraded cdi
To be installed is:
New white moto grips
New 415h chain as old 415h is rusted
Quater turn throttle cable
Kill switch

Yd's are for people that want a little more power, without any hassle. Not performance engine in the slightest sense. They last a long time though and give slightly more power than an out of the box 66. You want performance in a CG, get the 100cc steel sleeve. You want more than that, go hybrid. The YD's run a really rich fuel mix. I'm using 72-74 on them at 2200-2500 feet above sea level. It's the lower compression, needs more fuel. They also need a better balanced crank. lol.
