Quick question----what is the material and finish on a 2002 Whizzer tail light assembly?

IDK if ya got the Chrome Cover for the tail light bracket?
Maybe Paul @ www.whizzercruzzerparts.com can get you one.
Contact Paul and ask

I put the extra light/reflector and the Whizzer Plate on the back

I do have a good chrome cover for the tail light so I should be all set now.
I also noticed someone put silicone on the wire & fender, Probably because Whizzer didn't put a grommet there.
Maybe ya want to clean that up and use a rubber grommet , The rear fender and light bracket is famous for chafing the wire's and causing a short.
Mount the light bracket then put the grommet on. If ya gotta make the hole in the fender bigger to fit the grommet then do so
But it does look like the wires are pretty well insulated with silicone and hopefully a harness sleeve

I know the spots between the bracket and cover where the turn signal wires are suppose to come out pinches the wires

I drilled a hole on each side of the tail light bracket to snake the turn signal wires thru, Notice I used a grommet there too

While I'm showing you where to put grommets, there should also be a grommet on the rear fender where the rear wire harness goes thru.
This is another spot that's famous for chafing the wires and causing a short.
(Taiwan) Whizzer forgot to use grommets
