New 2-stroke engine won't start

BP6hs is the extended tip b6hs is not, do you have the crush washer on the plug? I've run the B6hs with many different heads without a clearance problem.

Ngk-B6S thread reach is 9.5mm...NGK-B6HS threadreach is 12.7mm...I am not referring to the BP6HS here though it is the exact same threadreach as the B6HS...DAMIEN

My spark plug does have a crush washer.

Just measured the thread reach on both plugs.
Stock: 9.5mm
B6HS: 12.7mm (as @DAMIEN1307 says)

Is it usual for the stock plug to be that length?

Details about NGK B6S:
Threaddiameter: 14mm
Threadreach: 9.5mm

Details about NGK B6HS:
Threaddiameter: 14mm
Threadreach: 12.7mm

Details about NGK BP6HS:
Threaddiameter: 14mm
Threadreach: 12.7mm

Hope this clears up any confusion on the extended tip and thread reach...DAMIEN

Theres no way the piston hit the spark plug unless it has a super long electrode, 1 reason I'm saying this is if that was the case it should of closed/smashed electrode, plus if you look at these pics, that's a br6hix its a 13mm reach plug. Piston would hit head b4 spark plug.

If that is the case, then indeed we are looking at a foreign object floating around in there like a possibly broken wrist pin circlip, etc...DAMIEN

I'm not discrediting any1 I'm just curious what made the indention in top of piston. Im just trying to help, but looking at them pics wouldn't you see my reasonings & concerns.

Yes, you are helping quite well and i certainly see your reasoning and concerns here...Definitely should be looking for foreign object floating about here...lol...DAMIEN
