My first bike failure...It had to happen sometime I guess...lol.

With my bike I don't know the amount of miles but it has over 4000 hours of use; granted the set up is now on a second bike. If you figure a 15 mph average speed that'd be over 60,000 miles. With 4 strokes, longevity means scheduled oil changes and scheduled filter changes are a must; along with not over revving and not straining the engine.

I have a woman's sidewinder and a huasheng 49cc 4 stroke. I am going to have to hit you up about your setup long in the future.
You have 2 rpms to consider. One is max horsepower rpm. This is the rpm where the max hp is produced. Going beyond this rpm is bad on your engine. You also have a max torque rpm. If your engine can't obtain max torque rpm then it'll experience engine strain. Which also is bad.
