I like the heat wrap on the pipe, but you might want to seal it with high-temp silicone to preserve the wrap and protect the pipe from rust. I also like the windowed mag cover, very cool ;-)

If you put a real chamber on it, it would add a lot more power. Those poo poo pipe chambers are for pocket bikes and hit at a very very limited rpm range, and not very hard. I used to use them, then started modding pipes for bikes. A real mz65 I'd the perfect pipe for our 66s. The clones are ok, better than the poo poo chambers. Still lacking a good staged header though.

Im using the poo poo pipe because of where i live. I live in the heart of vancouver and these bikes are illegal. Those big chamber ones are way louder but thanks

One word solution, Muffler. lol :)
Adding on an extension to the mz65s tailpipe? Seems like a whole lot of work and money for a moderate increase in low end. im reading about that kind of exhaust and it improves lower to middle range but not high. Im more interested in high end power and speed on flats. Dont care much for low end

Save the time, get a slip on, they slide right on, turn the screw to clamp it down. Poof done in 2 mins.

Oh and the Mz ( or my KS65) pipe looks real sweet wrapped in fiber wrap. lol

Ah that sounds decent. What would i call that so i can search for it. Also have you tried the mz65 wit a slip on and compared it with the poo poo?

I just typed in " Slip on dirt bike muffler", in the search engine on ebay. Threw thousands of different ones at me. I just linked the first one that looked cool.

Oh and make sure the slip on part is the right size. That's really all you have to worry about, inlet diameter clamping ability.

I would look for one with fiberglass packing that is replaceable. It's three screws on the tail, and it slides apart, then you replace the packing when you spooge it up. Every year or two, only cost a few bucks for packing, and it makes it way quiet.
