Chain Locking

If you look, the chain is hanging off the rear sprocket. You are probably getting slack caught up in the engine and you could also have your chain riding a tooth on your rear sprocket.

Also after a while your chain rollers can wear making it seem like your chain has stretched. You might wanna order a new tensioner and chain. Order two chains and have one on standby. I have more chains than bills...

My first MB I went through chains like 1 a month. I had problems with them getting slack and caught and breaking. That is one of the major reasons I switch to a wheel with disc brake hub with a hub mounted sprocket. Then on my next bike I used the same wheels and added disc brakes.

You're also running rear suspension.
Where did you see a rear suspension unit on his pics???...I must have missed something since i didn't see one???...In any event, if it does have rear suspension, that is a total No No for rear chain and belt drive motorised bikes as it will always cause chain and front and rear sprocket problems.

okay so you know the back of the tensioner, the side without the nuts? Its not a socket cap, its a flat head, and its stripped. Can I use reverse drillbit to get it out and put a wrench on the nut possibly?
