New bike.

Hey guys just pick up this new bike and cannot find any info about it. It looks just like a cranbrook. The company is called Honest and there is a sticker says manufactured by Cycle Force Group. Anyone heard of these bikes before?

I’m also not sure what I wanna do with it. Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks!

Here is the info i found on them...They were simply an import company acquired by a German company that operated in Iowa as an importer of bikes and parts etc....These bikes used to be found at places like Walmart and Amazon when they were able to fulfill orders and supply them with product...DAMIEN

Thank you! That makes sense. There was a bicycle shop in southern Minnesota- only about 2.5 hours south of where I am- called the Honest Bike Shop. They probably bought the bikes and put their stickers on it.

Interestingly, they also closed in 2021.

On a side not can I disassemble the coaster brake and use rim brakes instead? My worry is hubs are cheap but don’t really have the money right now to replace with a set of mags.

I really like your build and wanna do something similar. Reliable, comfortable, and practical.

theres some way to take the pads out and replce with spacers to keep the driver from coming out, but it might be easier to get a new hub

I just picked one of these up also on marketplace for 40 bucks. It came from a commissary and was never riden at all.
