Throttle Trouble please help!

Unscrew the top of the carby where the cable goes into it and pull it out and take a pic of it or tell us what position the retainer clip is at on the needle.

Look in-between the spring and count the groves on the needle, the clip is below the Pac-Man washer.

OH I don't have a 2 stroke and never seen one of those washers before.

My Keihin carb has different hardware
