That guard is dangerous... Could be repurposed into a heat shield or something
The kit guards are dangerous...Thats why I got the one I have and mounted it the way I did, not attached to the motor at all, just the frame, front and rear...lol...That sucker is so solidly mounted, it isn't going anywhere...lol.

Looks like a link in the chain is bound... I don't like those 415 HD chains either...

I see it's solid on there with cable bracket...
 
I'm thinking that's from those chains and some of the locking up people have had...
Its possible he has some kinks in his chain that could be the source of that sound...At least he will see my previous post of what I did to stop it from kinking if that is his problem.
