Get some valve lapping compound & lap the new flywheel to your crankshaft snout/stub. This will ensure flywheel fits nice & tight. It also gives you the ability to run the engine without a flywheel key & you can set your timing to whatever your needs may be.

Yea, that's tough to do for a layman. It's a lot easier to get the 8* advance key. Still should polish the crank once the old flywheel is off. One of those 500 grit foam sanding pads will do a good job. Give it a wash when done.

Yeah I should of said or mentioned the offset timing keys, that's something anyone can do. Plus I've read the 8°degree timing key is best for a close to stock predator builds.
