Which Oil should I NOT use?

I run the Lucas simi-synthetic at 32/1 in everything I have that is 2-stroke. It is smokeless, I’ve tore down engines that I’ve run on Lucas and wear was minimal.

A lot of people with have their opinions but I start at 24/1 for at least two full tanks then I switch to 32/1 with the Lucas. I’ve never had a engine failure that was oil related, my oldest is a 2010 grubee that will still turn 8400 rpm.

Yes, nothing like an oil thread to get everyone to chime in with their recommendations, and @Greg58 has a good one. At least @Emcee started this one with an original title ;-) Some like to run 16:1 as a break in mix, but I found that to be too rich. 32:1 after break in is common, but some like to run a synthetic mix of 40:1. I'm running a non-synthetic mix at 32:1 (Rat Bike likes it).

wanna see a fight i just buy syn 2-stroke marine oil, open em up rub a little inside then from there run straight 32:1 with the same syn marine oil no smoke but it has a nice sweet smell :)

ps: reason for the fight is i've seen a-lot of people say never use marine oil on things like mowers etc etc

I had to look that up. This is a trade marked standards rating developed by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA). It sounds like oil with this rating should be pretty good.
to make it easy for all who don't know TC = Two Cycle W = Water Cooled Appropriate 3 = Third Gen

i know a few marine oils such as quicksilvers that state good for water craft and things like mowers, go karts, etc etc and i use one of them all the time never had a problem

The 80cc engines are water cooled and not air cooled, correct? Is this why people say not to use marine oil because that is for air cooled engines? Or is it the other way around
