No muffler vs muffler

I think I'm on my 5th or 6th tank since the new jug and rework, maybe 300 miles now. Running amsoil saber @ 25:1.

Its definitely a lot of oil. May be a bit rich too it runs smooth under load, 4-strokes when coasting. But hey, nof a miss, haven't taken plug out in over 200 miles, and its hot as hell outside, kinda afraid to change. 48cc gets a workout.

FYI running a mz65 clone, kinda like that banana.
Yep. Its loud. But it seems to work well, a shifter uses more rpm range that a single methinks too.

First off, are you mixing your fuel in a gas container? If the corner store has straight 2t oil, use that, that's all I ever use in my daily. I have a full synthetic I use in my mountain bike.
They sell 8oz conventional Quaker oil. I went heavy with the oil. My spark plug is just covered in black. I have a NGK plug but I'm going to wait until the tank is empty so I don't foul it.

I do mix it in a container

16:1 will get oil all over your shoes. You don't need that much oil. 20:1 isn't much better.
I use 32:1 with a new motor. If you cracked the case open, you would see just how much oil is in the motor. Plenty of it.
Can I open it up and clean it out? Or would I be ruining lubrication? Or will the black stuff burn out slowly?

Also, I know I brought up if the half moon exhaust would give me more clearence than my standard exhaust and it sure did. I paid $16 for it. Welds are s**t and doesn't match my bike but oh well

That one looks like it has a ceramic coating on it. It will sound different than say a chrome one.

I had a one piece header on my spitfire ceramic coated, great durable finish and reduces engine compartment heat.
