how do i adjust the idle screw?

so i know how to adjust the idle screw but how do i know at which rpm should i idle it at i am scared that i'd idle it too fast or to slow so does anybody know at how to idle at the perfect speed?

During break-in, especially at your altitude of 6,000 ft., your Idle is going to be eratic anyways, I just adjust it to where it will run at idle without having to "goose the gas" to keep it running.

Never let a 2 stroke, air cooled motor idle for any length of time though as you risk overheating and seize up, Idle is just meant to keep you running at stop lights, stop signs, etc.

Mine idle and where between my Skyhawk idles around 1800 to my Minarelli idles better around 2-3000. But you should find that by starting 1.5 turns out on idle screw from bottomed outb after that just adjust in small iincrmence
