Thinking about going for a really long ride

Probably. I may take the crank out of my newest engine and take it to get balanced to (hopefully) relieve some of this.

If you weed whack for about an hour or more and stop, your hands feel all weird, something to do with the nerves. My medical condition maybe making it worse than it needs to be, but my bike doesn't vibrate a ton except for in the handlebars for whatever reason. Thin walls maybe. I'm looking for a replacement handlebar that isn't so straight as mine, just haven't bit the bullet yet.

Same. And I always have a backpack full of tools and spare parts. I've done about 300 miles so far on my bike in relatively small trips (15~ish miles being the longest).

IF I do this trip I'm going to have every spare part I have with me, just in case. The only thing I'm worried about is the vibrations. After about 15 minutes my hands feel like I've been weed whacking all day. You all know what I'm talking about. I've had the random occasion where my left hand has gone almost completely numb from the vibrations. Maybe I just have to stop every 10 miles or so.
Ol' Milwaukee Magic Fingers.

I hurt my elbow shoveling. Riding my bike long distance a few days in a row inflames my elbow.

Actually I don't, but I have heard many people talk about vibrations like that...
You are old enough to have gone to school with our President and haven't ever used a weed whacker? C'mon man!

The one I actually use is old school...A pole with a two edge blade on the bottom of it...That is my weed whacker, believe it or not...lol.
For any heavy duty weed whacking, my landlord comes over to do that...lol.

Shoveling what???...Sand???...You forget that I know where you live...lol...The little bit of snow we get here I remove with my broom...lol.

As far as shoveling any of this hard desert ground, I just break the child labour laws and hire some of my church teenagers to do it for me...lol.
