Question when your slowing down are you immediately pulling in the clutch just wondering

I'm confused. I thought if your spark plug is white you're too rich and if it's black you're too lean.

By "raising the needle clip" is that closer to the rounded off end at the top or closer to the pointy edge?

So when you "raised the c-clip" you were making it richer?

Also I should note, I'm only getting about 60mpg. I weigh 220 and my cruiser bike is on the heavy side.

Who cares about mpg? It's a variable that depends on lots of factors.

Raising the C clip makes it leaner at low speed.

A white or light gray is leaner. Black and sooty is more rich.

The top of the needle is where the 4-5 notches are. That is UP.

In the video no, but when I'm coming to a stop or slowing down dramatically then I pull the clutch. For example, let's say I'm on flat land and am going 20mph at 3/4 of the throttle, I will then ease off the throttle completely and use 1/4 of the throttle. It's when I let go of the throttle completely that it makes that whining noise

I'm seeing all these videos where people say if it's black then it's running too lean and white is too rich. Is carbon fouled and oil fouled both black?

To keep it simple you want a Milk chocolate spark plug like this, if its not milk chocolate you got a problem now if you got a picture of your spark plug i'm sure a dozen of people will tell you the exact thing weather it's rich or lean
