Hi,

I’m assembling a Zenoah G43L for a friction drive project. It came with a Walbro WYK-93 carburetor. My sense is the fuel intake is the larger straigh barb on the right, but the fuel line sure fits over the smaller angled barb on the left a whole lot easier. Should I keep trying or do I have them backwards?

Also, what does the black screw with the spring do? This is listed as an adjustable carb but doesn’t include the H and L setting screws I remember on the small engines of my youth.

Thanks for any advice

That would be a question for 2speedboi as he is the "resident expert" on those types of FD motors as he builds and markets these himself for others to purchase and is quite good on sharing his knowledge...lol....The link below will show you what he has posted here thus far in the forums and perhaps you may find your answer to your question contained within posts he has already made here.

Cool, thanks! I appreciate you copying him on this message. Seems like a quality motor, just don't want to screw it up ha.
