And all I did was to put this pipe:

Miaowa Split Pipe Exhaust Muffler For 50cc 80cc Bike Gas Engine Motor Parts https://a.co/d/3nPAL9p

And this muffler:

BADASS SHARKS Motorcycle Exhaust... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07YZ71Q1M?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

On my CDH iron sleeve PK 80.
I'm really impressed with the low rpm torque that gets it up to speed real quick. I'm running a 38t sprocket. 32mph is fun.
Next step is a 72 jet from a 71.
The glass pack muffler is a little louder than I expected, but I think I can live with it. The state cop at a corner didn't seem to mind.

Those clone pipes really aren't too bad. They work well with the rpm ranges these engines make their best power in. Now if they could optimize the pipe sizes a little better - make the header pipe a little bit bigger and the stinger a little bit smaller - they would be incredible for the money.

As far as that muffler goes. It will seem loud, but compared to that pipe without it it's probably 20db quieter. Two stroke singles are also one of the hardest things to quiet down in the world of internal combustion. Being a straight through design it will be louder with the more throttle you give it as well, which being such a small engine, is going to be a lot of the time lol.

A Silicon exhaust connector and 2 hose clamps. I put the clamps on after the picture. The muffler has a turned down tip that slid right into the header, so it's backwards. Doesn't make any difference as it's just a glass pack.

I'm going to wrap the stinger with Titanium 2" wrap. Also 3-4" of the banana where my leg wants to be.
For a cruiser bike, it's right about where it needs to be in performance.
I have to remember to get a good grip when it takes off. Never had to do that before.
