No power

I was able to start it on starting fluid I took the carb apart and examined it did not see any issues also am not very good with carburetors. The bike is only a few months old it sat for about 2 months not running I used to have issues when it would sit for more than a few days it wouldn’t run right until I drive it for about a mile after it warmed up but if I didn’t let it sit I had no issues it would start everytime

That is a sticking float needle issue, very simple to pop the carb off, remove the float and blast inside the bowl with some carb cleaner. Gives you the chance to examine the float and check the height while you're in there.
I have a virtually new engine on a snowblower that is like that, if I drain the fuel that is in it before I use it, it works fine.

I got my bike running i sprayed some break cleaner in the carb and used the Ngk b7hs instead of the b5/b6 hs and it is running alright but when it is sitting still it starts smoking out of the exhaust cylinder and the head. When I am riding it I have no problem with it smoking I think it might be getting to hot because after jt started smoking it died one of the times and when I tried to start it when I let of the clutch I couldn’t get it to turn over I had to wait a minute then I was able to start it back up

Update: I have bike running but it is running full throttle when in the run position
When was the last time you retorqued the nuts on the top of the head and cylinder to 144 finch pds which is also known as 12 ft pds.

Also make sure your bolts are tight on the exhaust flange as well as the intake flange while your at it.

If your getting smoke coming out of the cylinder and head, that is because those nuts on top are to loose, allowing compression and smoke to escape and also causing a lean burn condition the WILL fry your motor if not attended to promptly and properly....Same with the intake and exhaust bolts as well.

Spark plug after 1 day of use what would cause this
If you read what I wrote, (And you quoted it in your reply), that spark plug is exactly what I would expect to see....Plus I doubt you replaced that plug like I mentioned to you with an NGK-BR6HS...Those Chinese junk spark plugs do not fire and burn consistantly...THROW IT AWAY.

Now its time to look at and correct what I have previously mentioned...Also take the time to go out and get that NGK plug and be sure that its gapped at .025 thousandths.

Too rich and/or too much oil in the gas. What ratio are you running?
Also what weefek is telling you as well...What notch is your needle valve set on and what is your altitude???

I am running a 25:1 ratio

I did replace the Chinese spark plug with the Ngk b7hs my needle valve it set to the 2nd notch from the bottom because that it all it will run with and my altitude is 667 feet

If you're done break-in go to more like 30:1 or 32:1 is what most people run including myself. Also do what @DAMIEN1307 suggested. Make sure the spark plug is gapped around 25 thou and check the nuts on the head for proper torque. It's definitely running very rich... how many miles on that plug ??? It's strange that the original Chino plug wasn't fouled , that one in the picture definitely is. Clean it with brake clean and a wire brush (mildly).
