No power

I am running a 25:1 ratio

I did replace the Chinese spark plug with the Ngk b7hs my needle valve it set to the 2nd notch from the bottom because that it all it will run with and my altitude is 667 feet
The middle notch is where that needle valve C clip needs to be for your altitude.

32:1 is where your fuel/oil ratio needs to be.

retorque the nuts on the top of the head and cylinder to 144 inch pds which is also known as 12 ft pds.
make sure your bolts are tight on the exhaust flange as well as the intake flange while your at it.
if your getting smoke coming out of the cylinder and head, that is because those nuts on top are to loose, allowing compression and smoke to escape and also causing a lean burn condition the WILL fry your motor if not attended to promptly and properly....Same with the intake and exhaust bolts as well.
Once all of these things are corrected, then, and only then, will things even begin to start working correctly.

The bike won’t try to run when it is in middle notch I tried when I first put this new plug in

I tightened up my exhaust and intake bolts and retorqued me head nuts still nothing it has the fuel mixture dripping from exhaust again and I was going to get some ethanol free gas tomorrow when I’m in town the bike was running okay earlier but then I came inside for about a hour and went back out now it won’t do anything

And thats because you have a combination of the other things you just reported that will effect what I have already told you...smoke coming out of the cylinder head and exhaust port is sever combustion and compression and air leakage putting your motor and settings in an impossible situation...You have multiple situations to fix.

Cheese-n-Crackers, that thing needs a bath... number one thing I see is your exhaust gasket is completely screwed up. Get a new one or make a new one. @DAMIEN1307 has the links to an OEM gasket that works with these engines. I prefer to make my own but to each their own. That alone (leaking exhaust @ the head) can cause serious issues.

Nothing else really stands out to me besides the rusty chain but I'm also guilty of that :ROFLMAO:

Definitely a badly blown exhaust gasket and the wiring harness is a disaster worthy of a visit from FEMA.

Use this as an exhaust gasket for this bike...Its ten times better to use than what they give you in the kits or order as a replacement.
Get rid of the stock exhaust gasket that came with the engine kit and clean off any other "goop" that you may have tried along with it.

Use this Toyota Highlander O2 sensor gasket instead, available at Toyota dealership or also at autoparts stores such as Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, etc.

Here is the current Toyota dealer parts#/stock#, for that gasket...89466-20020-83.

If you shop Autozone, Amazon, etc., its a "Dorman" brand part number ...Dorman 47021... https://www.amazon.com/Dorman-47021-Oxygen-Sensor-Seal/dp/B000TYU1WE

When installing this gasket, you will need to slightly elongate the holes that go over the studs/bolts...I use a slightly largerbolt to do this through those holes.

You will notice that this gasket has some metal affixed to both sides of the gasket...The side that has the most metal is what goes against the exhaust pipe itself...DO NOT use any gasket sealers with this gasket.
Your wiring is a total wipeout...get a new CDI unit...and then wire things together properly.

Also, your fuel filter is on upside down, the small round magnet that right now is on the bottom facing the carburetor is supposed to be up top aimed to the fuel tank for picking up fine metallic particles eminating from the fuel tank...You will see that small round magnet inside the fuel filter when you flip it over

Lol yes my wires melted when I first got the bike so I had to make something work I was going to get a new cdi when I got a gasket fixed up

My fuel filter is on upside down is that going to make a difference in anything
If it's upside down, that in itself should tell ya it is an incorrect posture...Just flip it around and correct the error.

Do them both as it is absolutely necessary to correct all these problems we have ascertained thus far.

Isn't it just absolutely amazing just how much a few pictures can tell us???...lol.
