I am acquiring a Sick Bike Parts Expansion Chamber ... minus the header...

I figured I could do one of two things with it. Either (A) ... use it to create an exhaust for the Phantom 85 since I already HAVE a header for IT... or (B) Use a stock exhaust, cut it up to create a header... and then use it on Tang ... the China Doll 66/80 I have.

Anyone have one of these? The expansion chamber seems a bit ... lacking... in size... how well does it work... say vs a MZ65 or what not? Anyone think I might be able to work it in to a worthy pipe for the Phantom 85?

It's funny you say that, I have one, and a bike to put it on. But every time I think about doing it, something more critical comes up and it gets shelved.

Be prepared for possible clutch slipping issues once you put chambet on the Phantom. Most guys have had to do the diy super clutch or buy the upgraded clutches.

The mz65 and clone chambers are a bit small for the Phantom but they can still work ok. A pipe for a dirt bike of similar size is more ideal (pick any 80 to 85cc KTM, kx, cr, etc.

Dirt bike pipes have a very definite rpm range, which might be a little too high for a single speed bike.

I have a kx 85 pipe that I thought about using, but it so fat it would be hard to place.

A Phantom needs an Ironhorse pipe, seeing it's a saw jug.

I eventually want a solution that comes out the back... just looking at various ideas. Depending on diameter, this pipe will end up on Tang.
