Disc brake questions

I use strategically placed washers when I attach mine to make sure they are perfectly aligned as well.
I have 2 of the right size washers, but I think I should only need one. I have another question too. I read that you need a certain kind of lever for disc brakes. What ia the difference between levers?

Nothing special...lol...I just use a standard dual cable pull brake lever myself since a separate single pull brake lever on the left side would interfer with the clutch lever...lol.

This is the one I am using.

Ps...They make cheaper ones and I did have one of them at one time but I found it too flimsy, thats why I have this particular Sunlight MTN one I use now, much better made.

I ain't even tryin to put a disc on the back, so I only need a single pull. I have coaster on back. I want to mostly use the front brake to save the bearings.

I'm having a hect of a time getting my bike berry disc set up right it runs no matter what if I spin wheel it only goes around 2 or so time

Yeah I messed with it . It don't screw in or out to much not much adjustment
hopefully your turning the correct allen wrench screw.

Here is a pic of the one you should be adjusting, righty tighty, lefty loosey...lol...Its the shiney chrome coloured one on the bottom...it moves the stationary brake pad closer to the disk...The other side that the cable is on needs to NOT be loosely attached to the cable, but needs to be pulled up tightly so it is just barely able to touch the disk, then you can adjust the stationary side.

I think it has to do with my adapter . I've tried all techniques above still rubbing not bad at all but if I spin wheel it won't keep going to it's heavy side is on bottom
