Would a 24mm carburetor be too big?

If that intake is a 40mm from the middle of the stud to the other stud, the easiest way to do this would be to just get this reed valve below that will need NO adapters in order to fit the stock type, regular 14mm carby's.

It’s one of those custom cylinders made for the DIO reeds. I think I found an option, do you know if this would fit?

Here’s a pic of my setup

That goes on to the Reed intake and the carb goes on that.
Yeah exactly, I don’t think I would need the actual G2 Reed because I think the little plate that I linked might already fit onto my Dio intake, that’s what I was confirming with y’all because you guys know what your talking about

How would I mount that on if I don’t have a normal cylinder?
Sorry I forgot you said you had a dio cylinder setup. Sorry. You might be able to use that cdh plate you linked, but you will have to match the bolt holes up to your dio intake manifold & drill that plate to fit your dio intake manifold.

Here is dio reed intake bolt hole spacing specifications. I dont know if it matches up to the G2 reed carb plate or not.

Nah you’re good man I thought I was missing something 😂 and yeah worst case scenario I’ll probably try getting that plate and fitting it on like you said if it doesn’t already. I’m probably just going to mess around with the 21mm OKO I got right now first to see if I can get her running pretty good and then if I feel like torturing myself some more ill try that plate option with the hp carb most likely to see how that works out, just a bunch of trial and error with a lot of returning of useless crap I wasted money and time on 😂😂 I really appreciate all the help you guys provided me with this, I’m starting to come to the conclusion that this Dio setup with the 21mm was just a big headache in disguise 😂

Also if yo can drill that plate for your intake, if it dont fit. Then you would be able to tap that hole you drilled in the carb. You would just need to buy the right size tap & a grub/set screw. Then tap hole at carb float bowl & install set screw with red or green loctite.
