My bike has been running great until this last week. My bike has an expansion pipe ,NT carb w/ .68 jet ,ported cylinder and CNC intake. It has a pretty bad air leak, and runs terrible. Im pretty sure my sprays with brake cleaner were accurate in all of the necessary areas, I was unable to detect an airlock but once I sprayed in the air intake of the carb. The bike dies. what would this mean?

Now clutch question, does anyone know if these clutch

Thanks!

Gee, I wonder what happens if ya spray brake clean in the intake while the engines running?
Maybe the engine dies :ROFLMAO:

These are the ones I buy to use on my Phantom 85...There are 60 pads in the pkg...That gives ya enough to replace them 4 times and the price is cheap and they work well, much better than those red clay looking pads that most of these bikes come with.

How do you replace the clutch pads? I've never seen a post explaining that process.

hmmm. I have an air leak though.. on other bikes when I sprayed parts cleaner in the air intake it had little to no change, but it killed my bike this time..

You don't want to spray into the carb, just the unions between carb and manifold and manifold and cylinder. Those are the most common areas for a leak.
Other areas to consider are the crank seals, left and right, and the cylinder to case and the two halves of the case.

Just pry each one out with a thin edge blade starting at the wider end of the pad that is closest to outer rim of the gear...place the new ones and firmly press in place starting with the tapered end working your way to the top outer rim of the gear...It's really simple, quick and easy to do...lol.
