Easy way to mount a homemade aluminum tank, Without brazing or welding

I beveled the edges on both sides of the break so the rod would metal into the joint. You just heat the piece to be welded and then touch the rod to the piece and let it flow in. Even though it says cold weld, you still have to put some heat into the repair.
Awesome. Good to know.
Theres also this stuff I found. From the video It looks like you can braze stainless steel to aluminum, and it melts and flows between the parts...
This was only around $20 for 10 sticks. It compares to Super Alloy 5 I think...?

Update on the tank:
I got some expansion plugs and clipped the threads off. You could use the threads with 4 bolts instead of 2 going through the tank. Anyways, they help to stabilize the tank and with vibrations. Pretty cool...

Rubber on the mounts (y)
Wanting to see ya put in the filler neck and gas cap
Not sure about the best way to do that. I'm thinking maybe a flange to support the neck, then JB weld and screw it to the tank?...
And thinking about putting the valve coming off the back so it can be screwed on and off somehow.

I've been looking for the mounting piece for a petcock. Haven't been able to find anything. The Chinese threads...I don't think they have them at the hardware store...

It was just some cruiser I picked up on the side of the road. I cut the top tube off and added the ones seen in the photos. Added the back seat post also. I got the idea from a blacksmith who built a motorized bike. His youtube name is Big Dog Forge.
The tank is an empty fire extinguisher that I modified the bottom to be rounded...
I'm trying to make it look old and like it was made out of brass...
