Four stroking randomly

My motor ran perfect then randomly it started four stroking at 25 and didn't speed up at all and now I put a high compression head from bikeberry on and all it did was four stroke so I put a 65 jet in and messed with the needle but that didn't work so I put a 60 jet in and leaned the needle out fully and now it hits 20 than just four strokes I have no idea what to do now I have used different carbs and everything I could think of and help would be appreciated

I would start with taking a few pics all around the motor, carb, exhaust, etc. and posting them so we can get a good look-see at what your working with...Also what carburetor are you presently using at this time that your trying to retune to this motor???

It also would have helped to know what finally got things working again the last few times you asked for help, you never let anyone know what worked or didn't work for you so it leaves us in the dark of exactly what to look for this time around.

I wouldn't be stabbing in the dark until we have some good info to even work with to begin with.
