i once work on a farm,, and every time i started doing repairs the old farmer come by and told me,, just do it for now ,or say thats good enough for now .,, .first thing you know i spent over half the day working on something i did 2 months ago ,,the last day i worked for him i painted a sign that took about 5 minutes ,, ,and before i left the property i placed it at the end of his driveway so everyone could see ,,
'' DO IT FOR NOW FARM ""

,,i believe from what i read that there are allot of new members that have,,, do it for now bikes ,, slow down and take your time when you build , and do it right the first time or at least come as close as you can ,,

if you do not take time to read most of this forum ,,you should print the whole forum off take a copy with you ,,because you will have plenty of time to read as you push your bike home

Hmm reminds me of this.(a common thought of mine)
I can get most anything to work once, but its not fixed right until it has worked so long I can forget about it.

Basically if you slap something together and have to beat on it and wrench on it constantly it's not fixed/done right but if you take the little extra time to get it right it will give you a very reasonable, trouble free sevice life.

They try that ploy at work sometimes and in a week or two/three we are right back there fixing it again.(makes me mad since it is also MY tax dollars going to waste)

I just did a search on "patience" and got 33 returns. One from some guy in Alabama shooting phone wires, and messin with goats and dogs. Not sure if that one counts.
Anyhow, you all are very right on.
