UNedited first test of a tony hawk helmet-cam

nice vid, aug. i never thought of a helmet cam, since i have a full faced helmet i might mount my old 3.1 meg pixle inside, o by the way you have the same speedo as me, and as for syncing, i use virtual dub, a free software, if you go to www.youtube.com/jimmyrcom2 he has lots ov vids on vir dub, i think one might have to do with sound..

you guys are only being nice...it's horrible, but it's a good first run & a lot learned already :)

oh, yeah, doc...the beach is one tough place for a motoredbike, but there are low tide sunny days when the sand is perfect for a 25mph cruise (the beach is a legal road with a speed limit)

Well the audio may not be very good but the video is waaaay better than most MB videos I've seen that are jerky. I saw people staring at you when you were driving away from the beach augi, it was a familiar (and missed) sight. I cant wait to get back out on the horse when the weather gets better :)

I see what you mean.....But..

I see what you mean about the Video and sound sync thing. Overall a great video. Beautiful part of the world for sure..and.. I love the sound of the thumper.. Enjoy the ride..

great videos

wow augi that vid was a white knuckle ride! haha. those potholes are brutal, good vid though i like it outta sink.:D:D

UNedited first test of a tony hawk helmet-cam...i think i'll try to fab a windscreen for the microphone (horrible sound) and it's obvious i have to learn how to point my head where i want to shoot, video/audio synch is lousy, too...fun but frustrating so far: http://webpages.charter.net/augie_rocks_and_rolls/MBC_Titan.wmv

Hey Augi, you might consider post that vid to the funbeach.com site that's run by long beach. It's a lot better showing of the area then a lot of them. Show the world what it's like to there.
