the bike stripped and bolted to axle stands so i can work on it the top cross bar is cut off so the engine can sit low in the frame..the peddle sproc
The engine mounting plates made. I was going to have a go at making the frame as well but decided the tube i got was not for the job this time...
The engine...It's a villiers Midget 98cc. I also got this from E Bay for £10 this is a none runner but turns over...
