I had to gently pry on the plates here to stretch the rubber gaskets enough to allow the plates to not overlap.

I started with each Center Bolt on each Plate, then the 1st Bolt in each Plate, then the 3rd Bolt in each Plate, working my way around, gradually tigh

Torker Cargo -T Flying Horse 2-Cycle Installation

Images showing the installation of a Flying Horse 2-Cycle Engine on a Torker Cargo-T with Shimano 3-Speed Hub. The initial installation took around 14 hours over 2 1/2 days. It ran beautiful for 2 days and then Magneto Loop Coil ceased to function.
