Rigged choke, keeping it pulled down with bailing wire.
My 3-4 gallon wire basket (and inherent 7 feet of bailing wire), and bike lock.
8 C Cell battery pack for blinkers (blinkers are removed until I find a way to keep the bulbs from vibrating), and my 8oz bottle of oil's bike bag.

Hehe, I know - my wheel should be done when the bike shop comes back after winter break on the 4th and I'll be putting on a new tire.
