Nah, that's actually a small solar panel used to power my headlight. I thought of it after I went to Walmart and saw some of those solar garden lights and realized it would be cool to mount the lamp in a regular bike headlight housing. Using the motor kinda robs power a bit and generators are bulky looking, so I think this turned out to be a cool idea.
