63 mph really? what motor/ gear ratio is on there?

63 MPH Dang! looks like a 4-stroke at any rate, with a 44T or larger rear sprocket?

198 cc, 2 speed jackshaft. Aluminum tank and frame. 2nd speed jackshaft kicked in at about 35 mph. 115 lb rider, calm day on the flats. I never converted this over to pedal. I sold it after a month which the new owner totaled it in 3 days.
