Hand filed 36T sprocket used on the Roadmaster MTB.

Had it mounted on a 49CC Slant head 2-stroke. Top end of about 30 MPH. Each tooth was hand filed because the sprocket was a flat piece of cr@p.

wow it looks like you did a phenomenal job on it! i could have never had made such a symmetrical piece of work.
