I got the tank close enough to give it a coat of primer. I'll work on the finish more when I'm ready to paint, etc. That'll be awhile…so the prime
Sanding…Bondo…sanding…Bondo…and so on and so forth…

Here's where I am with the bike right now...
I drilled and tapped a hole and finished the installation...
I moved the choke from the handlebars to the frame. Here I welded it to the frame on the seat tube...
