Question is how much something like that going to weigh? Further more would it be considered a vehicle if you drove it on the street?
I always wanted to cobble together a 4 wheeled quadracycle like that but build a body for it.

That looks extremely heavy. Thought about putting on engine on a three-wheel but I think it would flip if you're going over 15 mph. What cc are you planning on using?
