The edges of the timing belt drive reduction pulley are/were sharp as razors, and cut me up pretty good the first night I had it. I took a file to to both edges, front and back. today I massaged each part that I pulled off the bike, filing here, lube there, adjust here, tighten there. The result is a vastly improved and progressive clutch that looks like it will last much longer.
