The builder had this little assembly attatched to the kickstand end..presumably to help keep the bike upright. When I first saw it, I thought it was a way to ship parts. ZERO paper or online manual, directions, etc. The Chinese translated motor manual did come with it, but it advises you to seek a mechanic if you want to do valve adjustment level stuff and above, so no help there.
