Sorry it took so long for a response, Ez. The front end came off of a Pacific "Summit", Downhilll MTB that was a few years old & had been sitting for a while. I wanted some kind of suspension on the front (to help w / ride quality) & I found the Pacific on Craigslist here in town for $30! I knew I had to have it as soon as I saw the pic. I did have to work on fitting it to the old brazed Schwinn "Klunker 5" frame, tho. It took a few different tries & combinations of front end parts from both bikes.
