Check out the hybriped sprocket. I'm running a 36tooth mouned like yours, and the grubee kit came with really thick rubber washers. I am just using the single rubber donut inside the spokes. It has lasted about 1 year and still ok. I plan to upgrade to the hybriped joint later.
