Wyoming Motorized Bicycle Laws

A motorized bicycle is classed as a motor-driven cycle under Wyoming state law. A motor-driven cycle is defined as a vehicle equipped with:

  • An engine with less than 150ccs displacement.
  • 5bhp or less.

License

You do not need a license to ride a motorized bicycle in Wyoming.

Registration

A motorized bicycle is not required to be registered in Wyoming.
