I figure you should be hearing from @Mike Cyanide pretty soon...100cc, which in reality is only 77cc using our way of measuring CC's accurately, is his forte...lol.
I've had a few YD100's, and DieselTech is spot on. 37mph for a YD100 - especially one with a stock muffler and NT/BoFeng carburetor with the long intake - is fantastic. Most YD100's struggle to reach 30mph out of the box. I had one that could barely top 25.
If you are looking for a little bolt-on power boost, put an MZ65 pipe on it Like this Replica MZ65 from Zeda Motorsports. and it will pick up the power more at the top of the RPM band, usually really kicking in around 5500-6500rpm and up and will generally net you an extra 5-ish MPH or so on the top end. To keep the noise down it is very popular to use This Muffler with the clone and replica MZ pipes as the exit of the muffler is the perfect diameter to simply shove into the end of the pipe, and then secure it with a high temp hose and clamps of some kind. Or, if you can weld or have someone weld it for you, you could do it properly. Without the muffler, these pipes are extremely loud.

The LD100 and BT100 are exceptions in my eyes. If I wanted a 100 engine again I would pick one of those 2. The YD100 is just not that great 90% of the time.
