100 cc motorized bike slow

when i put on this pipe just louder no speed change buddy said the bike went 45-50 last time he ran think he’s lying tho 🤣🤣 lmk
That's because that particular pipe, the F2 Thrust, is just a piece of funny shaped pipe and not an actual expansion chamber. The MZ65 is an actual expansion chamber, but isn't really optimal for these engines, but somewhat close so it still works decently. Nothing will beat a properly designed pipe for the exact engine, but people either lack the skill to make them or don't want to spend hundreds to have somebody else make it for them.

There are a few other off the shelf pipes that are pretty decent with a little modification/welding. The Jog pipe being a very popular option.

@mcl What is limiting your speed? Does the engine run well but just not have what it takes? Is it vibrations? Does it start bogging? It could be as simple as your carb needs adjustment. Are you running an NGK (or other big brand) plug? An aftermarket plug gave me 3.5 extra mph.

I have a 100 cc motorized bike and it goes only 37 max is there a way to mod it or make it go faster i cant change the cylinder head cause it’s all one piece i got this from a buddy broken and i fixed it.
I have arrived! 37mph ain't bad for a little yd100! BUT you can do better! Ld100 cyl swap with 2 1mm base gaskets OR 2mm composite spacer. That should get port timing into the ballpark. Always add the high comp head to fix your squish band and do proper decking. Next a decent pipe. Mz65 is old reliable and works great for the power band of my setup. I use a g2 reed and stock nt carb. I can cruise at 37ish 40mph and max at around 45mph. Yeah it can go faster but after pushing so many motors and known what vibrations are what and what sounds are the bad. I know what safe. Sure I could tell you get a phantom or avenger for the same price BUT that's not what this is about. Worse you won't learn a f***ing thing! Speed comes with time. Start slow. Get a 32t or 36t and pick some gearing. Then grab an mz 65 and play with that. Buy jets now. You'll need em. Porting. Is fun but with an ld100. Cyl not very necessary. I started with a 35mph bike and blew up a couple. Every mph will be fought for! Lol time and again you'll find yourself here looking for more info chasing power. TLDR- lazy? Buy a phantom or avenger! Love the chase? Grab an ld100 cyl and nice head start there!

After looking at pics sprocket first. 32t if ur under 170lbs. 36t if above. Start there. Next time you post add your weight, were and how you wanna ride:like distance and back roads, budget, mechanical inclination and tools you have, altitude and weather type. Those details will pin point what you need. With that info these guys can do anything your looking to do.... which is assume is speed/back roads. Lol

Just to emphasize my point...

I have a 100 cc motorized bike and it goes only 37??/h max is there a way to mod it or make it go faster i cant change the cylinder head cause it’s all one piece i got this from a buddy broken and i fixed it.
Now, like most people here, I rarely ever look at the side of the post to look at the location. My entire focus is on the text of the conversation itself. You can't blame us for automatically thinking in our own native measures.
