Ahh, ye olde eBay Taiwan Whizzer kit. There's been a bunch of posts on those engines over the years, and several Whizzer experts have chimed in numerous times saying that they often need some work to be as reliable as the older Whizzer engines.

If you look through older posts in the Whizzer section, I'm sure you'll find more info. I almost put one of those kits on my white bike in 2010, but my frame lacked clearance for the sheave.
