1937 Excelsior - First built

Hello
I am finishing up my first build, a 1937 Excelsior, made by Arnold Schwinn.
I found a 49cc. Motor on Craigslist and decided to put it on my old bike.
I should have it up and running today. If anything goes wrong or doesn't work I'll be back in the forum asking for advice. Nice web site.

I mistakenly posted the pix on the photo page.

I made this bike with zip ties, gum and bailing wire.

Every time a screw falls off I put a zip tie in the whole.
