OK, after some serious contemplation. Put a decent seat on it, get everything in good working order, that might be a cool ride. I don't think anyone would steal it. Imagine riding that into a HD bike show and the comments you'd get.
Is that before, or after the uproarious laughter subsides???...lol.

What's the bicycle worth $100 - $150
What's the Whizzer motor kit worth, What motor is it, are all the parts there and what condition are they in = unknown condition
& missing gas tank = $400 - $500

You Whizzer owners sure over-value the junk ones...In good to great condition, I would be able to see it, but not in a condition like this one, I think the RMS Titanic might just be in better condition...lol...lol.

Yep that 70 - 75 year old junk is worth something
slap a gas tank on it , new tires get r running, that junk is worth $1,200
That junk fully restored $2500 - $3k but it costs $$$ to make $$$
