Someone is gonna get a Whizzer for X mas
Great restoration project for someone who want's to keep it

Rims are questionable as far as being from the 50s, The patina don't match the frame I'm thinking they're 80s - 90s China IDK
But the tires say Lightning - Carliele Ca. on em and the seller says they need to be replaced

Put on a front drum brake wheel, new F&R tires and just ride her as is - keep that vintage barn find look
