I have all of the above. Let me know specifically what you are looking for and I can copy that page or two. (I have the service and parts manual as well as the owner's manual)
Appreciate the replies, and as for "what I need", well I truly surely need the following:
Engine Schematic - showing the components
Bike - Owner, Operating Manual - identifying what grips and levers do what

Once I get those, I can see what, where I need to go to get this thing running
Risk Man can probably copy what you need as he offered, (I would pay for his time and copier fees though...lol).

'Once you get those' means you need to be asking Risk Man...If you think that Whizzer stuff is readily available anywhere, your wrong, the stuff for the Whizzers is becoming extremely rare and there are not too many Whizzer people left around except for some old timers for the most part.

Copies of the stuff your asking for might be the only way to get what you want here as the Whizzer owners that happen to still have these publications are NOT going to be willing to part with them.

Q. Does carb have brass bowl? Does it have the see thru glass fuel bowl?

A. Has the "Glass Bowl" and the fuel appears to be flowing great.

Q. Unless someone had engine apart, timing should not be the problem.

A. Well, there lies the unknown. The bike was in a collectors "Man Cave/Garage" and was done really nice; possibly just for show; not sure how many hands have been on it, or if the engine was worked on.

I know she is getting fuel and spark; so that is why I'm thinking timing....have to read some more and see how to check, re-time.
Well you have fuel and spark so you're half way there.
I do recall when my self and some friends had Whizzers around 1959-60 a few of the guys had ignition timing problems that was caused by sheared crank/flywheel keys. More than one actually needed to have the crank key groove welded and filed back into shape. (not many of us had the $33.00 for a new roller bearing crankshaft)

Well, before I start removing casings, nuts, bolts I simplly want to look at a good engine schematic, drawing and see where "everything" is located, timing, points, coil, - everything.

HEY! Before I begin the work, make this a "Winter Project" - won't hurt to ask: "Anybody interested in purchasing this good-looking Whizzer"?

Here is some information from the service manual on timing adjustments etc.
