1960ish benelli frame help

So I'm looking to basically build a motorized bicycle motorcycle in the next 5 year, and I'm looking for a frame for down the road. I cant find anything local(Virginia) anything very similar will work thank you guys in advance.

in Va, there's lots of vintage frames but the ppl aren't online selling them. go on a road trip and look beside n behind little stores and barns n garages. they might be under tarps or tires lol. WV and southern OH the same. I see all kinds of gems
