For Sale - 1999 Whizzer. The Whizzer has not run since 2008. In 2008 I bought the Whizzer NE Cylinder Kit from Quenton with the intent of upgrading my Whizzer. I installed everything to specs, but never finished adjusting the motor for the belt tension. Work and family took up my time. At this point I realize I'm not going to finish even though it is so close. The old parts I replaced are also included. It does need a new battery.
