Have to plate the rear legs, run a gusset so it won't bend, weld a tube to join the mounting for the single side shock and find a long enough bolt for the shock
 
Not the best picture, sorry it is way too cold to get proper pics. 50 degree drop in temp really put the brakes on the project. Mount in pics looks crooked, but I offset it get center of tire to center line of frame. Full weld on inside so it rock solid now. And line up with the frame. 12 inch rear shock to center of the rear mount will give me correct slight upward tilt of engine and roughly 4.5 inches of clearance from bottom of engine.
 
Was going to keep pedals but the bike came with a bad bearing, 1st pic with pedals hanging out 😀 so just scrapped the pedals.
 
1st idea was to plate and sleeve the crank bearing for the mount, but bottom tube was hitting my intake and no carb mount room, so the white 50cc seen in the back of the garage had to give up its mount for for carb clearance
